Peter Grant, born in Bishop Auckland in 1987, navigated a childhood filled with musical exploration and determination. Following his family's relocation from a country home to a caravan before settling in Guiseley, Leeds, by the time Peter turned three, he found himself immersed in the vibrant world of music. Under the guidance of supportive parents, Peter embarked on a journey of classical piano training, showcasing his dedication by successfully passing his grade 8 Associated Board exam. In 2011, Peter Grant embarked on a new chapter of his musical journey with the release of his third studio album, a collection of original songs bearing his self-titled "Peter Grant." Breaking new ground, Peter established his own record label in collaboration with Claire McDonald, who also took on the role of his manager. Returning to the iconic EMI Abbey Road studios, Peter immersed himself in the creative process, crafting a captivating album that showcased his songwriting prowess and musical versatility.

During the recording of "Peter Grant," the singer-songwriter found inspiration within the vibrant atmosphere of Sphere Studios in Battersea, where he collaborated with acclaimed producers Andy Wright and Gavin Goldberg. Together, they embarked on a creative journey, infusing each track with depth and emotion. Collaborating with fellow musicians and songwriters such as Hayley Sanderson, Peter Vitesse, and Mark Hudson, Peter brought his vision to life, resulting in an album that resonated with audiences worldwide.

The release of "Peter Grant" saw the artist's music make its mark beyond the confines of traditional albums, with tracks like "Hundreds" and "When You Were My Girl" featured in the Noel Clarke movie "The Knot."
